Our Staff

Quite simple... The people you talk to on the phone are the same ones who setup your account with us. We built the servers, We install the OS, We connected you to the backbone and we are the same people who service your account. When there is a problem rest assure we can take care of it. Even if it means re-building you a new server and reconnecting you to the backbone. We do not have to contact an outside source and wait for them to fix the problem. The downside to this is for us is... we cannot blame someone else for a problem.
